More Than Business. A Mission to Give Back.

Giving back is woven into the fabric of The Superconnectors. Every relationship we build reflects our belief that success is measured not only by business outcomes, but by the positive impact we have on the communities we serve.

Founded by a childhood cancer survivor, The Superconnectors is led by Jacqueline Thompson who understands resilience, perseverance, and the importance of having a strong support system. Her personal experience with cancer inspired her to create not only a business centered on connecting exceptional talent with opportunity, but also Strand and Fight, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing custom wigs to individuals undergoing cancer treatment.

A Commitment to Community.

After experiencing firsthand the emotional impact of hair loss, she made it her mission to help others regain confidence during one of the most challenging times of their lives. Through Strand and Fight, custom wigs are donated to cancer patients, offering comfort, dignity, and renewed confidence throughout their treatment journey.

Through the ongoing work of Strand and Fight, community partnerships, and opportunities to share stories of resilience like Jacqueline’s featured on Jamie’s Story: Angels Along the Way, The Superconnectors and Strand and Fight remain committed to inspiring hope, fostering connection, and reminding others that no one has to face life's hardest moments alone
